Dating help for navy blue dress from Aimee's of Minnetonka

It would help if you told us what fabrics it's made of, but on the information available I'll go with early 1950s.

DOesn't the label say Winnetka rather than Minnetonka? It would make sense because Winnetka Illinois is an affluent neighbourhood of Chicago. Aimee is, I think, the store name. It looks like an expensive, matronly wool dress from the early 50s - something a woman well into her middle age would wear - it would look good with silver hair.
