Dating help on dresses, please?

Am listing the last of my warm-weather dresses this week, and am kinda stumped on dating these 3. The black one (looks like a "Lucy" dress to me?) I'm thinking could be late 50s/early 60s, but I really can't tell. Has the AFL-CIO on the union label, but looks to me like an early style label. The yellow--mid 60s? The red, which I hope you can see the detail on--it's gorgeous in person--early to mid 60s? All have metal zippers, and the yellow & red are in linen-weave fabrics; the red is a heavily slubbed linen. The black has "painted-on" dots on the collar, not hand-painted I don't think, but maybe very heavy silk-screen ink. That's a woven rayon, I think. TIA!

Anne,
Every time I see you post..I can't help but want to ask..
Your name reminds me of the Beatles song...is that where you got it?

Chris

(waiting for the pics to load as my connection is especially slow today...grrrrr)

Sara, thanks much! Especially on the black one (it's actually black, but I posted a lightened photo for detail)! I thought that was late 50s, but hedged my bet with early 60s.... I guess I guessed right on these; must be getting better at this!

Chris, yes, my "handle" is partially based on the Beatles' song. My confirmation name (after my sponsor) is Rita, so I thought Lovely Rita would be a good name for my vintage lingerie shop (on Babylon Mall) particularly, but I got so many nice comments on it I use it for here and eBay. And since I'm of vintage age from that era, it's fitting...

Very Cool :)

Now I can't get that song out of my head

standing by the parking meter
when i caught a glimpse of rita
filling out a ticket in a little white book......

But it could be worse!

I could have the "Fanta" commercial stuck in my head.
