I don't know purses well at all and this one's an unusual shape. The embroidery is machine-done. The brass attachments for the handle straps look like some I had on a 40s purse. The metallic-gold-piped interior pocket looks like some on a 30s purse I have. It's tagged "I. Miller." I apologize that my camera-flashed shots are way too 'whited out.'
