Dating Help With Pretty Beaded Cinch Belt

I know there were an awful lot of this type of belt in the 80s but this has an earlier feel. It is a black velvet fabric. It has glass tube beads which catch the light and sparkle and bright white seed beads in a flower pattern. The fastening is just two eyes and hooks. It’s a larger fit that I would not usually associate with earlier vintage, maybe a 28-30” waist fitting. It came in a mixed lot of vintage 1900’s-1970s. Any ideas?

it sure looks like early 90s (1990s) from Bali. Especially the shapes of those plumeria flowers, and the wide middle, and the hooks, with the velvet as it's base. They were all over the Kuta Beach shops 90-91.

ooohhh interesting, thanks for replying! I hadn't even thought of 1990s I'll have a wee little research on that. I had thought much earlier like 50s or before, haha!
