Dating home-sewn bright floral purse

I love this cheery little bag, but have no idea how to begin dating it. The print or color scheme? Any help would be wonderful. Thanks!

For this sort of project older fabrics can be used, but both the print style and lining colour chosen look very 60's to me. I have seen this bag costruction from the 70's but with much dowdier browner fabrics.
