Dating Jane Hunter mini skort, 60's?

I found this super cute mini "skort" and am wondering if I am correct in thinking it's 60's? I haven't found anything on Jane Hunter. I looked up the RN number, which leads to Robert Hall clothes, a chain of stores that closed in 1977. I have a feeling that this print, the buckles, and the high waist all say 60's, but ? Any thoughts would be great, thanks!

Very much so! I find the sizes quite different between 60s's and 70's, the former typically being perhaps 1 size smaller than contemporary sizes, the latter usually 2 sizes smaller. You can compare the waist measurement to what you know today's size 18 to be for a rough idea of the difference.
