I don't know how to date lederhosen either but a few ideas:
You're dealing with one of the most traditional designs around so focus on the fabrics eg: is that a cotton lining I see around the waistband?
Look at construction - eg, what sort of thread, stitches, finishing, the button, are those buckles? What are they made of, can you date them individually?

This is going to be so hard, as they are indeed a very traditional design. Looking for the details Nicole mentioned is the best idea to get a feeling. Are there any labels in them at all, or just that stamp in the second photo?
