Dating Marshall Field and Company Skirt Suit

What era would you say this is from? Thanks in advance.

Lovely suit. I am fairly certain it is from the 1960's. (I did a little poking and found references to Bob McCreery in 1962, and another in 1967.) He was an award winning California designer. That's all I found except that the Sunningdale shop was around as far back as the 1940's, and Marshall Fields was taken over by Macy's in 2005.
