Dating novelty print blouse, 50's?

I found this cute blouse the other day and am wondering if I am correct in thinking it's from the 50's?

Also, I'm aware that the term "novelty print" has been misused by vintage sellers. The print features fruit, vegetables, chickens, fish and musical instruments on an all-over stripe pattern. Am I right in calling this a novelty print? If not, how would you describe the print?

I'd call it a novelty print. It's early to mid 1960s.
