Dating Powder Blue Heels

Hello All,
I was hoping you could help me date these heels. They are leather and a kind of powdery blue colour. Any ideas? Sorry if pics are too big! Thanks!

They look really late 1970s to me - c. 1979ish with that straight heel and cutwork throat line. That colour too looks right for the period - but isn't it a pale grey? La Vallee was a brand made by the Valley Shoe Company in Quebec.
