Dating Red Tartar Pendleton Pants

I was looking at the Label Resources but I found two labels that are similar but it is from jackets. One is 1950s and one is 1970s. I am more going toward 1970s.

PS...I mean Tartan not Tartar, that is a ethnic group. lolol.....

With the Pure Wool marking along with the sizing on the label, it looks more like the 1970's Pendleton label. Whereas, the 1950's label excludes those features on the label. Even the subtle difference of having "Made in the U.S.A. can be seen in the 1970's on some of the Pendleton labels.
