Dating reversible crop jacket

found this cute reversible crop jacket! It might be homemade. Material feels like cotton.

Very nice! Have you checked the pockets just in case? That is where the label will ususally be on a commercially made reversible garment.
I would guess 90's, from the retro 60's prints, monochrome colour scheme, and perculiarly, something about the sleeve head shape....it reminds me of african home made garments in shape, to go over a shift dress.
