dating shoes – 40es? 60es? 80es?

Help on dating these 3 pair of shoes will be much appreciated.
Am I right in guessing 40es for the first, 60es for the second and 80es for the third pair? both the latter ones have metal points in the heels. Second pair are genuine snakeskin.

Late 40s (1947-1949ish) on the first pair, early 60s (1961-64ish) on the second pair, and early-mid 80s on the last pair, (1983-86ish).

I see the last two pairs are by Peter Kaiser, is the first pair also by Peter Kaiser? He's a German manufacturer, still in business I think, but the company does a lot of work under other labels, like one called Paradies.

You often come across Peter Kaiser shoes – old and new – here, so that is interesting knowledge to me.
The first pair have a danish label – "Fransi ".
