Dating Snakeskin Manfield shoes?

Can anyone help me date some shoes? They seem to be real snakeskin, but with manmade lining, not sure about sole, probably manmade too. and the label 'Manfield collection'. Shape is classic 50s stilleto with slightly pointed toe. They have '6C (M289)03 23 3764' printed inside on the lining.
I'm thinking 80s, but can anyone clarify?

My first instinct was 80s but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will come along soon!

They are definatley 80s (early, I think) - inset textile labels are typical of 80s - not ever seen in the 60s. They look to be lined in kid, not manmade material and they definately look like snake to me

Thanks that's really helpful. I'm not sure about kid-lined though, the lining does feel plasticky, but surprising that snake shoes would be lined in synthetic. (I'm pretty certain too, that they are snake, they have that papery rustly feel).
