Dating Sporting Jacket (Sport Ease Fashions)

Inherited this jacket from my grandmother. Fabric is a velvety pink, lined with a equally as fun pink on the inside. Sadly is missing a button. Have wondered for years when this is from (50's maybe?).

I usually associate double breasted coats as 60s, and the color is good for that era, too. we'll see what others have to say. btw, i would not call this a "sporting jacket" even though it is labeled Sport Ease Fashions. imo, it's more of an evening or event coat.

sometimes if buttons are moved so the missing one is at the very top, or the very bottom, it's not quite as noticeable.

gosh, if i had that and it fit me??? i would wear it EVERYWHERE. that is sublime!!! congratulations!! :wub:
