Dating these stacked heeled lace up shoes 1910's-1920's?

I have a pair of beautiful brown suede ladies lace up shoes with stacked heels. They are deadstock from a shoe shop in the UK, the laces are not the originals. They have beautiful hand stitching around the soles rim, stamped numbers on the inside leather uppers and the tongues are cut to a point in the the middle.
My cobbler suggested they are from the late teens to early twenties, and Jonathan from VFG confirmed stamping to be start from the 1910's.
Anyone able to confirm the period?

Many thanks in advance.
