Dating this 20's style dress

Could anyone help me with dating this 20's style homemade drop waist dress. It is made from a type of netted cotton with just a button on the neck at the back, so pulls over the head. There is a soft cotton tabbed seam below the button at the back.
All I know about this dress is that it was bought vintage in the late 1960's

Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any tags? Can you photograph the interior finishing (seams, etc.). Any closure, or it slips over the head?

Hi Liza,
It's a homemade dress and pulls over the head with one small button at the neck at the back. I don't think it's actually deco but the fabric seems old? Under the seam of the waist there are 2 lines running all the way round, sorry I don't know the technical term but you should be able to see what I mean in the photos.
I have attached some more photos of it inside out with the tab central seam down the back and button as I mentioned before.

I think that it is 1920s, and I' d say mid decade.
