Hi KellyL, I'll agree with a '90s date for this one, and here's some reasoning for you:
- the very helpful and detailed fabric and care labels
- made in Canada, suggests it's pre the modern era when simple dresses like this are mostly made in other countries
- no openings: it's a kind of stretch velour that we used to call (at least in Australia) panne' velvet. It's not really panne' velvet but that's the name that's used here.
- The long style and simple bodice was popular in the mid '90s
- the colour was popular from the early to mid '90s too
