Dating this bed jacket

I think it's some silk blend, maybe. Not quite the same salmon pink of other stuff I have, but close. Tried to get a pic of the seams and one using my camera flash to show how shiny it is. Thank you for your help!

Does it have any shoulder pads or sleeve headers? It looks like it could be '40s rayon satin and home made. If no shoulder pads, more likely to be '50s or even '60s.
 
Including more pics. There are no headers or shoulder pads. I don't know what to make of that mesh, if it was hand made or what. I do think the rest of it was likely home made, or just altered so much, maybe.

Something about the color, fabric, smocking and the mesh says 1940's to me. I have looked at it several times and each time 1940's pops into my head. For what that's worth. Does that fit into the timeline of things in the estate ?Nice piece.
