I am hoping for help in dating this cute dress. It actually sits off the shoulders with little spaghetti strap type ties to hold it up.

Hi! This looks very 70's to my eye. It reminds me a bit of some of the prom dresses in the movie "Carrie" (1976). Very cute dress!
