Dating this gorgeous sequin/beaded dress!

There aren’t any labels, so I’m not sure if it’s 1970s or older. It has small shoulder pads, a very sheer white lining in the body but not the sleeves. Some of the beads have silver on them, but not all, so perhaps it’s patina? I think the original owner took 2 of the “leaves” that are sewn on the bottom and put them (very poorly) on the back of the neck for some reason with yellow thread. The hem and the end of the sleeves are wavy. I think the fabric is probably silk, but I’m not sure. It’s very delicate.

Any thoughts on age?
