dating this purple dress with a metal zipper but 70s looking?!

I don't know! the dress feels sort of 70s to me but the metal zip, along with it not being home made (see tag) confused me. What do you guys think? also these pics are bad! def need to retake. The lace is like a hard/stiff mesh- not soft

I've noticed that those cardboard tags are usually from bridal or bridesmaid clothing, made to order. The seamstress was probably using whatever zippers he or she had. Possible bridesmaid dress?
