Dating this Vintage 30s-50s Jacket, MCF label?

I believe this jacket to be circa 30s-50s but I know someone who knows the styles better than me will more easily be able to date -- can anyone help? It has a MCF label, a type I have not seen before. Thanks in advance!

The large shoulder pads and the shorter length and the single button look late 40's early 50's to me. Wait for the opinions of others, too.

Very attractive suit jacket and I believe just as has been said previously......late 1940s-early 1950s. I'm really leaning toward the 1950s, though!
