Looks like first use is 1958 but registration granted in '62.

So your jacket should, generally speaking, be after that date as it has the registration mark.

I am guessing here only, but late 70s maybe?

Kim, I kind of got a 70's vibe from this too, but it's strictly a guess, from the font styles of the labels.
This is lined, right?

I think '70s too.

I've seen similar jackets in the '80s but it lacks the uber shoulder pads so I'm thinking late '70s too.
