dating two dresses

I need to a confirmation regarding the date of these two dresses as shown below. My guess is 1960's, but if I am incorrect, please correct me.

Yes, they are 60s. And the NPC label.... living in PA, I see a lot of dresses with that label. Interestingly, although they were inexpensive when originally sold, they must wear like iron, because most of the ones I see are still in great condition!
