Dating unlabeled colorful D ring belt

This super cute belt has me thinking 70's, but then maybe 80's.. No tags anywhere, sewn with clear nylon thread, D rings are covered in red leather. Help? Thanks!

I have a waist belt with a chunky clear plastic D ring buckle that is dated 1975. The bright colours and mixed materials seem good for 70s to me.
