In my head this was pretty solidly 90's - Fresh Prince of Bel-Air style - but I just looked up the trademark and it wasn't submitted until 2001. :/ Admittedly I was probably still watching Fresh Prince on reruns at that time but I would have thought this look dated by then. The picture 'frames' are made of that puff paint stuff though - so retro :D.
We have a similar label also from a t-shirt in the label resource dated as 90's so we probably need to update this. The trademark is still active so it could have been made any time between 2001 and now. I couldn't put this past early 2000's though could you?
Interestingly this label has a hologram ID logo on the back of the care label, I know I have another 'designer' brand item with this security feature on but I think this is the earliest I've seen it. Do you know of earlier?

Ahhh thank you I know what I did. I checked the UK trademark and of course that would not have been the first country it was trademarked in. Italy would have been....
Do you remember if yours had the hologram in Deborah?
