Dating vintage/antique jacket

Hello! I recently found this (antique?) jacket at the thrift store and haven't been able to date it through my own searching/googling. I'd appreciate any help you all could offer!

Lovely, such interesting details, too. I think mid to late Teens. I am thinking it was suit jacket, possibly with a matching belt or sash originally?
