The little golfer illustration reminds me a little bit of Hollie Hobbie, not saying it is her but it makes me think of her.
I would date that one to the 60s.

The needlepoint one has a lovely frame with those enamel insets, that one looks 50s to me.

What's the biggest difference between needlepoint pieces dated towards the 1930s and ones from the 1950s? Thank you.

Actually, if you could show us a photo of the interior as well of the needlepoint that would also help, if there is a label that also helps to determine age. Sometimes there is a marking on the inside of the frame.

I checked the interior and there's no markings on the frame. There's a small pocket on each side.

On the other clutch there's a marking:
