Dating Vintage Shoes

Can anyone help me date these gold heels?
The label inside reads "Twinkletoes".
The sizing inside has been worn off, but on the bottom of the shoes it reads 37 1/2

also agreeing w/80's. typically a size 37 1/2 would indicate Euro sizing, right???
