This little chiffon number seems home-sewn. No labels, full metal back zip, pinked seams. The skirt is 24" long from waist to hem, and the hem looks (to my eye) to be original. I'm thinking it's 60's but am unsure. Maybe 50's? Any help would be fabulous. Thanks!
