Dating Whiting and Davis mesh purse

Hi all! I've been checking the forums for quite a while and I decided to join the fun and register.
I just purchased this purse on Etsy and they didn't mention any type of dates and I'm assuming this is an original bag and I have a feeling that this might be post WWII because of information I've seen related to the labels.

Gold mesh, satin lined inside. Clasp.
It's making its way from the US to Argentina and I'm posting the pictures from the publication.

I did look at many posts requesting dating bags and purses from this same brand but I couldn't find anything similar to go by. I'm new at this so forgive me if I made any mistakes here.

I've been wanting to purchase something of this kind for a while but I needed it to be functional at the same time so I couldn't go with anything that it was really old because it seems that everything from the 20s and 30s is just too small of course. Beautiful but small. So I decided to buy something that it is probably less old than I would have wanted but that I can actually use whenever I want to go out and put my stuff in there.

Thank you all in advance!

Wow, Fabulous and functional, my favorite kind of vintage! This is really such a great piece, that color is so unique!
I'll do some research and circle back, Thanks for posting!

The label matches that of the 1940's Whiting & Davis label we have here in our label resource.
after looking a bit more I found this 1960s Whiting & Davis ad, and that looks a whole lot like your bag!

Whoa...nice find! I thought it was around 50s or 60s. I'm so happy!

I went to that page so many times and totally missed that ad!
Thank you so sooooo much!
