Dating wool shirt

Hello,
Looking for help dating this wool shirt. I can't find anything on this brand. No wool mark, but the "dry clean only" on the tag makes me think it is not as early as the style (and style and look of the tag) suggest. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks!

Isn't it so cute?! That is great to know that you have seen dry cleaning instructions on 40's tags! My gut said 40's but I just didn't know. Thanks for your help!
