De Pinna Coat ?s - timeline, fur...

Picked this up today and although it has a few issues I thought it was worth a try. The label is like the one in the resource from the 1930s except this one is gold. It has the The Coat and Suit Industry National Recovery Board label as well. The back of the buttons are stamped Sambiern (at least I think that's what they say). Haven't done a search on the fur collar, yet (but I hope it's not endangered!) - ocelot?

It has a pointy collar and in my infinate experience :D I, of course, think 70s, but I know it's not 70s; so is this 30s?

It looks postwar to me, but not by much, maybe c. 1946/47? Post war but pre New Look. That very pointed collar is popular then
