Definitely 20s? Or later? Date help

hello, I'm thinking this dress is 20's but was wondering if anyone can confirm it for me? Its made from a fine silk, with a wrap over bodice, with a large diamante buckle at the hip, which then falls into a soft drape. It doesn’t have a dropped waist, but it is loose fitting. Also, I’m pretty sure its been taken up at sometime or other, so could have been quite a bit longer. Thanks for your help!

It looks 1920ish to me as well. The surplice bodice, the rhinestone studded filagree buckle, the open sleeves and the deep hemline are all pretty typical of c. 1920-21.
