Delaney Hanaper Velvet Jacket Age Help

I'm a little confused about the company Delaney Hanaper. I've found a site which suggests it was founded in the early 1990s and dissolved in the same decade. Yet there are items from various decades on ebay and etsy. I'm thinking 1990s for this jacket. Would that be right? The stitching isn't the best quality and quite loose around the lining.
