Designer and era question.

A few questions. I found this coat yesterday.. and can't find anything on the designer. I'm trying to figure out what era this is from also. Any help would be appreciated!

I found one of her dresses on 1st dibs. Same label but it was a bubble hem dress.

The label style looks '80s, which fits with the First Dibs dress, which looks late '80s. The coat has some '40s style elements but they were revived a lot during the '80s.
