I was curious if anyone has come across this designer label from the 50's or early 60's? I have two gorgeous silk brocade outfits from this designer and can't find anything on the person.

meguro is a district of tokyo, which is what the label is telling you - the location of where the outfits were made. it's doubtful flourette is the name of a person/designer. probably the name of a shop in tokyo.
