I'm having a heck of a time finding the name of clothing I've seen worn in old movies( it's capri or cigarette pants with an attched skirt/cape that is completely open in the front, the skirt/cape thing only goes from hip and behind around to other hip), I really want to make this for myself but I'm unable to find the name or even a picture of it. My mom said she remembers people wearing this in the 50's-60's but she can't recall the name. Please if anyone knows what this is called tell me.
