Determining Batik? Caftan date help, please!

This looks like batik to me.

Can anyone confirm batik from a photo or do I just have to trust my gut on this one?

Metal zipper has me leaning earlier than 70's? Is 60's too early for this?

Looks like Batik and looks like late '60's to very early '70's. Also looks like it may have been made in India.
