Hi Sandy, I think your coat is more recent than that. Dialogue is a QVC brand - the first use of the trademark is recorded as 1990: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/1/UK00001299458
and that one is still valid, however they applied for another (first use 2003) which expired in 2012: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/1/UK00002313376
I can't tell why they have two for the same thing, the second encompassed more types of product though.
the RN number gives the manufacturer as Meryl Diamond Ltd.
Can you show the reverse of that label? (does it have any other?) Modern garments often have the month/year incorporated into the product code. You could try contacting QVC, they should be able to tell you when it was made from the details.

I agree with Melanie - your coat is '90s at the oldest but could be more modern.
