Diane von Furstenberg Resort 2010 Collection

I generally like Diane von Furstenberg’s designs and her choice of prints. (Guess I like playing it safe and a classic look.) The few DvF dresses I have owned were very flattering. Here are some of my favorite things from her resort collection. But I could do without the gimmicky bow head thing, which I guess is to create a sense of cohesiveness for her collection.

I’m not so keen on this one .... eye of the beholder and all that...

I agree, the bows really detract from the garments! I do like the fabrics she used...very graphic prints!

that reminds me, I've got a little DVF jacket with lots of beading on the 3/4 sleeves, purchased at NM outlet (2 yrs ago) that I have YET TO WEAR!

Prints are fabulous and I kinda like the hats - reminds me of pics of my mom as a little girl in the 20s with a huge bow in hair.

too cute! love all the prints, but that gray one (4th pic) is gorgeous! love the ruching and the way it sweeps the hips. bet its flattering on.

the paint splatter i could do without.. too "retro".. lol.

the bows, eh. typical fashion show stuff. not in real life! lol

great prints.. i love DVF too.
