Dior wool unlined coat

I am trying to identify a Dior garment that appears to have a unique label which includes model number (M 893), colour, size and fabric, plus 'Dior 139'. There is the usual silk 'Chrisian Dior London' label also, though the larger cotton label says MADE IN FRANCE.

If anyone can help I would be grateful.

It would be hard to give any information without a photo of the garment and a label shot as well.

Thanks Brenda. I was just wondering if this lkind of label meant that the garment was bespoke.
