Do I have a Norma Tullo skirt here?

A few days ago the print of a skirt caught my eye in a thrift shop. A quick ebay search revealed some nice comps (which turned out to be Norma Tullo pieces), so I took it home. My research has still turned up inconclusive. Is it a Norma Tullo? If so, why have so many ebay listings turned up in German? What era might it be from? Thanks in advance!

This is an old thread and you may not be receiving replies any more but just in case, I can confirm that your skirt is not the Australian Norma Tullo, it is a German brand of the same name. It appears to be from the 1980s.
