Do you think 60s on this cashmere plaid jacket?

Here's an unusual colorway for cashmere, at least in my experience. I imagine it was originally part of a suit:

I'm thinking 60s. Do you agree? Lined pockets are shallow, bound buttonholes, topstitching highlighting the edges of the back collar and pocket flaps, lining feels like rayon crepe:

That length, I'm thinking 50s/60s cusper. ????

At first glance, I thought 50-ish, too, so I think Mary Alice is probably right. I have a jacket pattern from the 50s that's about that length, with similar pockets and collar.

And it is an unusual color/patternfor cashmere; very nice to see something aside from the usual.
