Do you think this dress would have been from a hotel shop?

I bought a really very cool hawaiian dress recently with this label:

Now I would think it came from this hotels boutique shop. Do you think that's right? Looks very nice.. Anyone been? :D

I just thought that would be more likely than a local store at the time.

It's a hard one to part with. I think it's my size but I keep putting off the measureing bit, lol! So do you think it's from the hotel boutique? Sounds like there is only this main one in the town.

i was fortunate enough to live in Honolulu (island of Oahu) for nearly 16 years, and visited the island of Maui often. Hana is a destination place, and is often used to name all kinds of things, the fact that it was combined with Maui doesn't necessarily mean that its from that particular resort, rather that it is "from" the town of Hana on the island of Maui. not saying its not possible, it is, but just not necessarily.

it IS lovely, though, and i'm sure you'll do well with it!!! great find!!!
