Does anyone know about old movie star pictures?

I bought this today as well. It is a picture of Constance Talmadge in 1919. She was a movie star that was in over 80 films. It is in plastic and does not feel like photo paper but has wording on it stating it was in a magazine.

I think this is the original photo from the magazine. I am not asking for actual value but is this a collectible type of item?

I sure think it is neat.

I did not open the plastic up. I think it might actually be two pages of the magazine which is why it felt thicker. Thank you, Caryn
