So, I found this lovely dress by Harlene. See the tag..but when I googled, I didnt really find anything on this brand. Just curious if anyone is familiar? Also, it has quite a bit of yellowing all over. Do you think I can soak it in the tub w/ some Oxi Clean? The fabric is a eyelet netting type material and I think the layer underneath is rayon or acetate.
