There are a lot of small tailors and dressmakers and not always much information about them. If you post pics of the jacket and the labels we can tell you more about the jacket, even if we can't tell you about the maker.
Many people travelled to Singapore from the '60s onwards, and there were/are small in house tailors attached to hotels etc.
