I remember handling this label for girls' coats years ago. They are recently produced, but using vintage styles, mostly from the 50's. I sold one coat that was used in a theatrical production.

This sure looks like a 1980's coat to me.
I found a trademark for Rothschild that dates from 1985 and was specifically for children's coats:

There are a lot of results for Rothschild, so I can't definitively say it is the same brand, but it does look likely.
